After practicing tax and transactional law for six years, Michael R. Bernstein joined Mr. Schiff in January, 1992. In addition to a strong health care law background, Michael has extensive experience in general business and corporate matters.
Michael graduated with highest honors and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley (Cal) with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1982. He received the Claudius N. and James N. White Finance Scholar in the School of Business at Cal in 1982. He received his Juris Doctorate from Boalt Hall School of Law in 1985.
